According to Microsoft, the “Windows 11 Insider Preview Quality Update (26300.7965)” ships with the Administrator Protection feature, tweaks the Drag Tray to make it less intrusive, and rolls out an updated version of File Explorer with the ability to use Voice Type when renaming files.

Administrator Protection is a Windows 11 security feature that enhances the security of accounts with administrative privileges. Typically, users in the “Administrators” group can modify system settings and install apps without restrictions. While these capabilities are useful, they also present a significant security risk, as malicious actors can exploit them to compromise the system.
This feature helps mitigate these risks by reducing the chance of users making system-level changes by mistake and preventing malware from silently making unauthorized modifications.
* Drag Tray changes *
Microsoft notes that, based on feedback, the Drag Tray can be a little intrusive, so in this update, the feature uses a smaller peek view to minimize accidental invocation.
* File Explorer improvements *
On builds 26300.7965, you’ll find an updated version of File Explorer that allows you to use Voice Typing to rename files.
It fixes the white flash bug when launching a new window or tab with the This PC page set as the default. Furthermore, this update fixes flashes when resizing elements of File Explorer.
